Food Service Cheri and Denny have three daughters who graduated from UNL . They have four grandsons Jaiden, Parker, Connor, Riley, and a new granddaughter Elise. Cheri attended South East Community College, Bahners College of Hair Style, Southeast Community College for Dietary manager for health care facility. Denny has Business Information Technology degree from Metro Community College. Our favorite moments are spent spoiling our grandchildren. They have worked together most of there married life. Cheri loves flower gardening, reading, and collecting recipes. Denny enjoys reading, history and UNL COLLEGE FOOTBALL! We enjoy the dedication and mutual respect shown by the staff. You can see the spirit of Jesus at work
Sharon Cramer lives in Elkhorn with her husband Tom and two daughters. She has four children, Rachel, Holly who just graduated from High School, Jeremy who is becoming a Jesuit Priest, and Dustin who is a disabled Veteran. She has one grandson, Korbin, son of Rachel. One of her biggest loves are her 3 mini doxies (dachshunds). The reason Sharon is interested in the food service is that her daughter Holly is going to school to become a chef and she would like her to work for her some day.
When my husband, Jeff and I visited St. Pat's in the spring of 2007, we felt like we were coming home. Having both attended Catholic grade and high schools, we were thrilled to be able to give our children the same Catholic environment to learn in. Our boys, Zach and Colton started that spring and have been enjoying it ever since! I am equally excited to be a part of the St. Pat's staff and family. I take daily pleasure and blessings in seeing these wonderful children grow and excel with the many opportunities that St. Pat's has to offer. In my spare time, I assist with track and cheerleading. I also try to help with SPY. Outside of school activities, our family loves the outdoors. We enjoy fishing, swimming, and hunting(mostly the boys do that!). We look forward to our summer vacation in Canada, every year.
