WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP?
HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS? HOW CAN I BE ACTIVE WITHIN THE ST. PAT’S COMMUNITY? HOME & SCHOOL IS WHERE IT’S AT! We invite all parents of current St. Patrick’s students to join. See our “Calendar of Events” and come to our bi-monthly meetings starting in September. Check out the H & S section on the St. Patrick’s website for more info. We look forward to your input and help!
Home and School Mission Statement: Our mission is to support and assist the school staff, parents, and parish community in nurturing our children's academic, spiritual, and behavioral development. Home & School works with St. Patrick’s School in identifying and meeting needs of the staff, students and school. We help connect the parents directly to those needs. Whether your time, talent or treasure available is large or small, there are ways to contribute. Things like dropping off baked goods, helping with grounds, safety patrol, cafeteria duty or simply buying $CRIP; all make a huge difference in the school days of our kids. No matter who you are, what your role is, or how much time you have, we have a way to get you involved with H&S. All H & S volunteers must have current Safe Environment Training. Contact Beth Kathol for more information at bkathol@st.patselkhorn.org. Other ways to be present and give back are through donations of talent, offering professional services or new goods, and through monetary donations. Feel free to contact us if you are wondering where these treasures could be useful. All you have to do is ask or offer help and, trust us; we will take you up on it.
