St. Patrick’s Increasing Religious Identity Together

What is SPIRIT?

Every year, St. Patrick’s Parish puts on our biggest fundraiser: the “SPIRIT” Dinner Auction.  100% of the profits support the Parish operating budget. 

The 13th annual dinner auction will be SPIRIT…on the wild side; February 18, 2012 at the DC Centre.  All parishioners, family and friends are invited to attend this event featuring: silent and live auctions, a sit down dinner and dancing.

How can I help or be a part of the event?

  • Donations

We need items to auction off.  From vacation properties, event tickets, gift certificates to behind the scenes tours, talents and hobbies.  We welcome anything you can offer, give or share.  We can accept donations through January 10, 2012.

  • Sponsorships, Corporate Tables & Ads

This year we have 11 new sponsorship opportunities!  We have 2 levels of corporate tables and 3 catalog ad sizes available too!  All are great ways to showcase your business and support St. Patrick’s at the same time.

  • Underwriting:

Not sure what to give?  We invite underwriting donations increments $20+!  The donations are combined and used toward purchasing large, exciting live auction packages.

  • Volunteering:

Many hands make light work!  From soliciting items, working a shift the night of the event, to countless other opportunities, we need help.  Whether your time available is large or small, we’ll help you find a volunteer home.

  • Raffle Tickets:

Every year, SPIRIT raffles off a significant prize.  We ask every parishioner to sell tickets to make this the biggest raffle year ever!  Sell tickets at work; use them as presents; keep them in your purse and wallet, ready to sell.

  • Event Attending/Volunteering:

Simply coming to the event to join in the fun and community celebration helps contribute to the night’s success.  Can’t or not planning to attend?  We need 35+ volunteers to make the night run smooth. 

The SPIRIT Raffle is in full swing, and now is the time to sell, sell, sell your raffle tickets! Parish families who sell their allotted tickets have several chances to win fabulous prize packages, valued at more than $75! Tickets and collected money may be turned in through school, RF or the collection basket at mass. To receive more tickets, please contact Kelly Barkmeier at barkmeier@gmail.com or Kristi Lynch at lynch.kristi@gmail.com. We’re counting on you to make this our most successful Raffle yet!

Incentive drawings for ALL parishioners who have turned in their tickets will be held on the following dates:

January 11th
January 25th
February 8th

Tickets also will be sold after all masses during the following weekends:

January 14/15
January 28/29
February 4/5
February 11/12
