11th Annual Dinner/Auction

 

What is the Dinner/Auction?

The annual Dinner Auction serves as the largest fundraising event for St. Patrick’s Parish and supports the operating budget.  The 2010 “That’s Amore” event will be held on Saturday, February 13, at the DC Centre and will feature a silent auction, exciting oral auction and an elegant sit down dinner.

Oral Auction Spotlight

Some exciting auction items to plan ahead for:

  • Dinner with Archbishop Lucas for 8
  • Trip to Mesa AZ for a Chicago CUBS Spring Game and tailgate party
  • Spiritual retreat hosted by Father Rodney for a small group - great for a MOMS group, group of friends or couples
  • 2 great events at Brix!  Choose from a private wine tasting or a dinner for a larger group
  • Great family trips, fun girls get aways and parties for large groups

Get your friends together and plan now! Catalogs will be passed out the weekend of February 5th/6th after all masses.

How can I help?

Consider donating something for the auction:

  • Do you have access to a timeshare or vacation property for an oral auction package? 
  • Tickets to area concerts or sporting events? 
  • Gift Certificates, products or items from a local retailer or service provider?   
  • Do you have your own business – Include a donation & perhaps generate some new clients for you company! 
  • Share your Talents - Donate a few hours of your time doing gardening, accounting, personal training, tutoring, music lessons, cooking, photography, babysitting, etc.
  • Use the back side of this page to turn in with your donation to the parish office.

Corporate Sponsorship:

Your company can be recognized at our event as a Corporate Sponsor.  Various levels are available to help offset the cost of the event.  Contact Ann Monday at 933-2692 to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

Underwriting:

Underwriters make it possible to purchase larger oral auction packages through cash donations.  There are several benefit levels available and all underwriting contributors are recognized in the auction catalog.  Please contact Ann Monday to participate or for more information 933-2692.

Volunteer:

Dozens of volunteers are needed the evening of the event to make sure everything runs smoothly.  Whether you’re attending the event or not, you can sign up for a shift and be a part of the action.  Please contact the Development Office 289-4289 x 1526, if you are interested in assisting with set-up or at the event!
